Summary

"Squidward is in charge of taking care of Gary, but when Squidward accidentally gives SpongeBob Gary's medicine, SpongeBob has a perspective of the world as a snail! Then, when SpongeBob tries to give Gary a bath, trouble happens as the two fight."
