He greets SpongeBob and Patrick when they first arrive, directs them to the room where Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy are sitting, and urges them not to surprise the heroes. He then kicks SpongeBob and Patrick out when Mermaid Man is alarmed by SpongeBob saying the word "evil." He shows up later to help Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy get SpongeBob out of the rest home and forces him not to return by kicking him out a second time as punishment for SpongeBob disturbing their peace over lunch.

He is seen at Shady Shoals Rest Home directing a delivery truck full of fruit punch, shouting at the driver to hurry with the delivery, and watches in shock as SpongeBob, Mrs. Puff, and the police crash land on top of the truck.
