Slippy[1][2] is a character who first appears in the episode "Mid-Season Finale."
Description
She is a feminine counterpart of Slappy, with pale yellow skin, messy red hair, blue eyes, and buck teeth. She wears a dirt-covered frilly blue dress with a light blue collar and has both a blue bow and a smelly dead plant covered in mud, soil, and dirt on her head. In "Slappy Daze," she is colored a more washed-out shade of green and does not have trash on her.

"Mid-Season Finale"
As Slappy recites a poem during the "Slappy's Poem Corner" portion of the mid-season finale, Slippy floats onto the stage, attracted by the smell emitted by the dead plant on Slappy's head. She comments on liking his "revolting" smell, and the two leave the stage in each other's arms.
"The Dated Game"
She crashes the dating show and takes Slappy with her under a trapdoor.

"Slappy Daze"
She appears in the pet store, when Slappy comes in to get a collar for Nosferatu. After that, Slappy levitates away from the pet store after Slappy tries to kiss Slippy before leaving, then afterwards, SpongeBob appears and says "Excuse me, do you sell snail diapers?" Then, Slippy kisses Gary, resulting in SpongeBob being grossed out.
"Tango Tangle"
She appears taking tango lessons with Slappy. The two of them trade compliments and are very close when dancing together, even after Plankton and Karen sabotage their dance. In this episode, she has a different design and is dressed like a flapper.

Slappy's color scheme from "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
- She reuses Slappy's color scheme from his first appearance, "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout."
- Slippy's color scheme is borrowed from Slappy which is also likely based on the character Dr. Lorre from the 1946 Merrie Melodies short Hair-Raising Hare. They both share bright blue eyes and neon yellow skin with red-orange lips.
- Slippy is currently the 4th known Peter Lorre fish. The previous Peter Lorre fish is the unnamed fish from the 1942 Merrie Melodies short Horton Hatches the Egg, and the Staring Herring from the 1962 animated television show The Beany and Cecil Show, as well as her masculine counterpart Slappy.
- According to the book The Animated Peter Lorre[3] by Matthew Hahn, there are 700+ instances of a Peter Lorre likeness being used in animation. Slippy is currently the only known female Peter Lorre caricature ever.
- Peter Lorre caricatures occasionally have a red haired female companion/love interest; Slippy falls into this trope with Slappy. Other examples include such as Joel Ferret and Ms. Smith from The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries, and Yetch and Francesca from Mad Monster Party?
- Slippy and Slappy are romantically involved, and so are their voice actors. Tom Kenny and Jill Talley are married in real life.
